margarita logoGeneral conditions for any service provided by Margarita Travel en Venezuela:
1 .- Responsibilities:
Explore assumes full responsibility for all contracts and agreements signed including correspondence by email, with their customers by offering different programs and services.
Explore is not responsible for the acts of God, force majeure or any other damage to the company, including accidents caused by the outsourcing of services and / or delays of commercial flights and connections of any travel by air or by other means.
In case of problems in general with a service provided by Explore: replaced with another / Inn / Hotel / Travel Service of the same quality and price or in the worst offer another inn in a different period. In case of serious problems Explore returned 90% of the deposit for the service provided.

2 .- Documentation:
The traveler should carry identification documents and in case of problems related to lack of documents or visas is not responsible explore the costs and delays of the full service.

3 .- Return of deposit paid to explore the reserve payment service for guests.
Repayment of amount 60 days before the service started.
Return 70% 30 days before the service started.
50% refund 15 days before the service started.
Return of 25% 72 hours before the service started.
No return 48 hours prior to guest arrival.

4 .- No refund of deposit.
When the travel documents are insufficient.
When the passenger is not on the reservation.
In case of heavy rain, bad weather or force majeure that could put the safety of the planned trip to the reservation risk Explore the right to modify the program.

5 .- Claims.
All complaints must be in writing and send it to us by fax or email, no more than 48 hours after the termination of our service.

In the case of customers are not happy with the care, service or status of Posada / service.

Explore has the following permissions:

Prices do not include tax of entry to national parks. Prices do not include local airport taxes ..
Phone calls are paid by results.

Accommodation prices quoted per day is 24 hours.
If the guest wants to leave on the afternoon of the 50% price will be charged extra daily basis. Children between 2 and 10 years of age has a 25% discount.
In case of payment / deposit the rest of the service provided has not been paid in advance, this fee be paid upon arrival in Venezuela / inn or service provider.
On the contrary Explore has the right to cancel the service without refund or postpone the flight and accommodation, depending on availability.
